Pat Lynch's Warband Tool is a great tool to build your warband and print it or save it as a pdf. Note that this is Windows-only, up-to-date with the latest creature and item card sets by the DDM Guild.
If you're familiar with the basic rules, a DDM creature card has all the information you need to build a warband with it and play the corresponding miniature.
A dot above the creature's VP cost means that it's a restat. A few units have the one-dot card and even fewer a card with two dots.
